The courses taught by Learning Elements for our company have been some of the most successful and requested courses we have offered. Coworkers who participate in the language program come out of the class with greatly improved skills and confidence in their ability to speak English. The approach to learning is the most natural I’ve ever experienced and everyone involved in the course from the students on down are engaged from the moment they walk in the door until well after they leave the course at the end of the program.
Having Learning Elements guide us in Accelerative Learning, has been an amazing experience because of the information we have received and incorporated into our training. Baker Concrete has been working with Learning Elements for more than ten years. They began by developing and implementing a successful six week language class teaching English as a second language to 16 of our co-workers in Houston, Texas. We have since taught the same class in Phoenix, Denver, Orlando and Miami. The co-workers have all improved their language skills as well as having a better understanding of construction safety and Baker’s expectations for quality, production, and customer service. The Learning Elements Accelerative Learning training opened my eyes to how to be a better trainer/facilitator.
